What A11yScan is

A11yScan runs automated accessibility checks (built on axe-core, the same engine used by Lighthouse and Chrome DevTools) against a URL you provide and summarizes the results in plain language. It is a technical scanning tool, not a legal service.

No compliance guarantee — read this part

Automated tools, including this one, catch roughly 20-40% of real WCAG issues. A clean scan is not proof of WCAG or ADA compliance, and we make no claim that using A11yScan makes a site compliant, certified, or legally protected. Meaningful accessibility conformance requires manual testing, including testing with actual assistive technology, in addition to automated scanning.

Acceptable use

Only submit URLs you own or have permission to scan. We may rate-limit or block use that abuses the service.

Paid monitoring

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe and can be canceled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See our refund policy.

Liability

The service is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for decisions made based on scan results, or for legal outcomes related to accessibility compliance.
